1.Services Provided
We provide pet waste removal services, litter box cleaning services, and valet trash management services, which include the collection, disposal, and sanitation of pet waste, litter, and trash from your designated areas. All services are rendered only after payment has been received in full.
2.Payment Requirements
All customers are required to pay for all Services in advance. Payment must be received prior to the commencement of services for each month. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed on our website.
3.Pricing
Pet Waste Removal Services:
- Monthly Subscription: $39.90 (once every 4 weeks)
- Bi-Weekly Subscription:$19.95 per visit (every other week)
- Weekly Subscription: $16.95 per visit (once a week)
- Weekly Subscription (Two or Three Times a Week): $15.95 per visit
- As-Requested Service: $60 per hour (minimum of one hour)
Litter Box Cleaning Services
- 1 or 2 Days a Week:** $20 per visit (+ $5 for each additional box)
- 3 or More Days a Week: $17 per visit (+ $5 for each additional box)
- Dump and Clean Service: $25 per visit (+ $10 for each additional box) (You provide the supplies)
Valet Trash Services
- Weekly Valet Trash Bin Service:** $4/week (billed monthly)
- Includes 1 waste and 1 recycling bin.
Bin Cleaning Pricing
- One-Time Cleaning:** $15 per bin
- Bi-Weekly & Bi-Monthly Cleaning:** $10 per bin
- Monthly Subscription:** $10 per bin
- Quarterly Subscription:** $12.5 per bin (minimum two bins)
Additional Costs
- Extra Dogs:** $2 per visit for each additional dog (pricing is for up to 3 dogs).
- Yard and Patio Deodorize Treatment:** $9.95
- Wysiwash Treatment:** $25.95 per treatment
- Excess Trash Handling:** $10 (with subscription)
- Special Waste Handling:** $10 per pick-up (special waste requires special handling because it poses a threat to the environment and public health)
- On-Demand Trash Removal:** $19.95 per bin or for 2 cubic yards (approximately 4-5 bags)
- Pricing increases will be communicated to customers via mail and email prior to implementation.
4.Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel at any time with prior notification. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service. Any remaining account balance will be refunded within thirty (30) business days after cancellation.
5.Service Availability
- Our Services are available in designated areas across the United States. 6.Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their pets are secured during scheduled service times. We are not liable for any incidents involving pets that are not properly contained.
7.Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bin Hoppers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
8.Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9.Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws where the service is being provided. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction.
